It is the mission of the Department of Communications, Marketing, and Brand Management to guide the college’s internal and external communications, media relations, publications, photography, videography, graphic design, web design, and sports information initiatives while supporting those of other college offices, departments, and programs.
In addition, the Department of Communications, Marketing, and Brand Management promotes the image and mission of the college, and its identity as one of the nation’s finest undergraduate public institutions, to internal and external constituencies. The department also supports the college’s external relations and marketing functions.
Annually the Department of Communications, Marketing, and Brand Management manages projects ranging from the creation of marketing and informational publications to the conduct of major media, sports, and public relations activities. Our projects are prioritized based on our office mission, the potential impact on the college’s institutional image, and the needs of the Office of the President and the Board of Trustees.
